We suggest that you bake this Irish Cured Ham (Not Boil). Remove the Netting from Ham. Score slightly NOT too deep.Place Irish Cured Ham in a two-inch deep baking pan.
Add one inch of cold water to the pan.
Tent with foil and bake at 375 Degrees F
for 1 and 1/2 hours.
Remove foil cover and brush with your favorite glaze.
Bake uncovered for another 30 Minutes.
Allow to settle before Slicing.
An Internal Temperature of 165 Degrees should be reached.
